    On April 1, Tree Care, Inc. provide tree trimming and cleanup. They had a large dumpster from *** ***** ********* dropped off in front of our neighbor’s house. One of the workers told me this was a new company they had started. After the work was completed we were told the truck would come back to get the dumpster which 6 days later is still sitting in the street in front of the neighbor’s house. I have called everyday and have been told we are on the list to get it picked up. This completely unacceptable. They tell me they are busy because of the bad weather we had on Thursday in the am. That certainly doesn’t excuse why they didn’t get Tuesday evening or Wednesday. We need this picked up immediately as our trash collectors will not be able to negotiate around the dumpsters.

    Dear Sir or Madam,
    On Sep 24th, 2024, we accepted the contract with Tree Care Inc (TCI, see attached email) about trimming the tree branches over my house roof. On Oct 17, the crews from TCI came to my home to do the job. But, after inspection, we found they did not trim the all overlapped branches on my roof (see attached contract). Then, I contacted TCI at ********** and sent him a picture of the tree that needed to be trimmed. Then, he agreed to send the crews out again. On Nov 4th, I met two crews from TCI at 8:30 am. When they were trying to move down the first cut branch hit directly my roof including the gutters. I immediately took a picture (see attached picture) right after that happened and I also told this to the crew member (black, and 5’7” tall) who was on the ground to pull the branch down to the ground. He told me that I should talk to the guy on the tree. At this moment, I considered the safety issue. I decided to talk to him after he came down to the ground. When I told him the damage that they just had done, surprisingly, he denied it and told me this damage had happened before he came here. I immediately called TCI office manager up and told him what had happened. Then, he told me to send him a picture of the damage. I did that. He said that they would investigate and let me know the outcome. After a few days, the TCI sent me a message stating: “We have concluded the damage done to gutters is previous damage. Not don’t by us”. I called the office ************ and the supervisor ******** *********** to let them know I also have two roofers as witnesses. Before TIC did the job, I hired a roofing company to repair the all damages to my roof and they completed the job before Oct 22, 2024. I also asked the gentlemen ****** *********** from the roofing company to call TCI to confirm that my roof was entirely repaired and that no damages were left. I provided the roof company contact info to Tucker on Dec 4th, 2024. Since then nothing happened. Help!!!!!

    In this particular case, we completed the agreed upon work at the customer’s property to their satisfaction initially. However, when the customer later expressed concerns. We promptly sent our crew back to address the issue and ensure the customer was happy.
    During this second visit, the customer raised allegations regarding pre existing damage. Which we thoroughly investigated. After careful review, we determined that the damage in question was not caused by our team but was instead a pre existing condition.
    While we understand the customer's frustration, we cannot assume responsibility for damage that existed prior to our work. We remain committed to delivering high quality service and addressing concerns fairly and professionally.

    claim that the damage to the gutters was pre-existing.
    Secondly, I was on-site and witnessed the damage caused by the careless
    handling of the tree branches during the process of lowering them to the
    ground. The crews from TCI did not tell the true to their supervisor.
    Thirdly, I contacted the office and spoke with
    the supervisor, *** ******* to clarify that I had a roofing contractor as a
    witness. Prior to TCI's job, I had hired a roofing company to repair all
    damages to my roof, and the repairs were completed before October 22, 2024,
