    Had a new cord replaced on older commercial trimmer. Worked for 3 weeks until it stopped working completely. He had told me to add tape to the connection for support. Took it back and said he can repair additional $50, I reminded him he just put on new cord and he should be responsible to fix. His phone rang and said he needs to answer and left me at front desk. I took me Device and left. Will NOT ever go back, horrible customer service almost funny telling someone my experience.

    These guys are at best incompetent, but I believe fraudulent.
    I paid them in advance to pick up and repair an 83" ** OLED TV that I purchased and was not working properly.
    They picked it up in September of 2022. The expectation they set was that it might take some time to get the new parts. Understood.
    In February, I called their shop and was told we were still waiting on parts.
    In July, nearly a year later, I called and talked with the owner who had no recollection of the pickup and asked me to find my receipt in order to prove it was his shop.
    Well I did - and while he says he called me a dozen times and I didn't answer, that is simply not true. This man charged me $189. Stole my $5k TV - and seems to have gotten away with it.
