I purchased a 2007 Chrysler 300 on August 5th for Gardner Used Cars and today is August 23rd the Car has already broken down twice. The first time costing me $200 for a tow. This car look immaculate from the outside and I later found out it had ignition and gear shift issues, the sun roof leaks, the transmission is close to giving out, & one of their mechanics pumped the AC full of compressed air so that the AC would run. It wasn't cold and didn't even have any antifreeze in it.

Rochelle Douglas had issues with her 2007 Chrysler 300 and Gardner Used Cars INC fixed all of the issues that Rochelle Douglas had with the Chrysler 300. But Rochelle Douglas was still not satisfied with her chrysler 300 and demanded a refund or she was going to get her Lawyer. So Gardner Used Cars INC did refunded Rochelle Douglas Money and parted ways. We are sorry for the trouble she had with the Chrysler 300 and Gardner Used Cars wishes her the best luck on her search for a used car.Review fromJesse J

Garden used cars are very unprofessional, & sneaky. I recently purchased a vehicle from them, and as soon as I got it, the check engine light was on. I told them because I still wanted the car, and they said it would be fixed no problem before I took it off the lot . The vehicle sat there for three days after I purchased it to ensure that it would be ready to go . two months later before my next car payment was due my light came on again thinking nothing of it I fixed it. Two weeks later, the light came on. I took it back to them(Gardner, Used, Cars, Inc.,) and they said they would fix they problem but didn’t tell me what the problem was , again not thinking anything because it’s a old car wear & tear I figured. For the next 3 months out of the 6 months Ive had the car I’ve took it to gardner used cars inc & my car sat over there collecting dust while they profited from me in the car payments and repairs. I’ve took my vehicle over there a total of 4 times and the problem has not gotten fixed even after I tell them the specific part that is wrong . I told him our file with the Better Business Bureau and he cursed at me and said I was threatening him and hung up.Gardner Used Cars, Inc.

Gardner Used Cars INC has been in been business for over 50 years. Gardner Used Cars INC loves all of our customers and does it's best to accommodate everyone. Gardner Used Cars INC did it's best to help Mr.Burton, but we weren't able to Satisfied him. Sorry for the inconvenience.
