      I am livid with Louisville water company. You say you have drops of kindness to help low income families, but not only have you started billing every month, if your on a payment plan, you are banned from extent ions until the promise pay plan is at 0. It’s hard to get financial assistance when churches are always out of funds and I’ve been fighting for disability for 3 and a half years now. I’m on time with promise to pay and now that has changed also. You can only roll over 2 months of bills, then pay your past due and current. I tried to ask for a manager and the representative said it’s not a manager issue and ignored my pleas. I have copd, asthma, and on a breathing machine that has to be cleaned after every use and tubing cleaned good once a week. I need one more week to pay the past due and can’t use e-check, get an extension on past due, and representative I spoke to last was very uncaring and ignored me trying to get help from being disconnected. I still have a minor to raise and i also have high blood pressure, depression, fibromyalgia, lumbar nerve root damage, migraines, and get iron infusion treatments several times a year. I think it’s really sad and heartbreaking that citizens in my position can’t get help. At least allow customers to still get extensions if they are on promise to pay. Your still going to get your money regardless. Or allow e-check to be used regardless. I would like help from a manager PLEASE!!!!!!

      Worse customer service. They seldom answer the phone. They will keep you on hold for hours. Emailing is no better as they can’t ever provide a resolution. They email me back and ask for last 4 digit of SS. I’ve given that to them over four times. I always get a response from a different person. They have dug a hole in my yard to move the water meter and then never came back to finish the job. They moved the meter, but left a huge hole. I have this hazard in my yard since mid July and it’s now 10/20/2022 and I still have this hazard in my yard. Lawn service had to put red flags around this hole so that whoever mows lawn doesn’t run their equipment into this hole. Louisville water company needs to fix what they start and quit leaving hazards. Someone is going to get hurt and then we will get the lawyers involved.

      This is not a specific review of any instance where Louisville Water Company (LWC) provides unfriendly and aggressive pricing consistently against the customer's best interest and takes no responsibility to correct or adjust billing errors that were solely on their part.
      Any and all interactions that I have ever had with LWC, over many years, resulted in my feeling that I was treated unfairly, cheated, lied to, and sincerely wished that there was another water company.
      It is quite clear why LWC gets a "1" out of 5 rating ... the system will not let you select a zero "0".
