    Appliance care PO Box 33068 Louisville, KY 40232. Contacted me via mail. Stating a maintenance contract for appliances for X amount of dollars a month to repair any appliances if they needed the work. When trying to contact company there is no way to get in contact with company ************ number does not work

    Recieved mailer soliciting an ectended warranty for gas dryer with ********* at top of letter. Have never owned a whirlpool appliance. Called and asked them to stop and they refused to process any request unless i give them my private phone number.

    I have attached a screen shot of the file for **** *****. He has been marked as no contact for mail, phone, email. I have also removed all phone and email information from his file. 

    There is a small possibility he could receive another letter in the mail while his information is being removed from the system. If he receives anything, please disregard. 

    The call center would have needed his phone number to pull up his file so they could mark him for no contact, that is the reason they were asking for his phone number. This has now been completed.
