  This company is charging me every month for an annual charge for a septic protection plan. They do not answer their phones at all with the toll free number. The regular line phone is disconnected!
  It seems like they are no longer in business.
  I have been charged $716 for no reason. My annual charge is not even until September!!

  Over charge every other month when we had an agreement to one charge a year. Cannot get a hold of anyone from either place! Had to speak with a service representative that was out in the field! No return calls! Do not use this service!

  After MANY days/hours of frustrating attempts to contact the billing representative, I finally had a positive breakthrough. The billing representative was very friendly and responsive to my "fraudulent" billing concerns. The majority of my excessive payments were refunded. Therefore, I must give a three star rating but still have grave concerns about the automated billing process, contractual agreement documentation for services offered and inability to quickly make contact with the phone numbers and subsequent automated phone answering system. I still recommend avoiding this organization.

  This company is impossible to deal with, they never answer the phone. They charged my card
  Two times in December. I have called for Two weeks, No one will answer the phone Day or Night.
  They have a F rating from the BBB. I want to cancel this but how can you do that if you can not talk to anyone!

  This company is a scam. They are supposed to deduct money yearly and they deduct multiple times a month. I’ve tried contacting the company several times and they never answer the phone. They say it’s outside their business hours even though I call during the week in the middle of the day. I want them to stop taking money and cancel this non existent service.

  I requested a septic ins because of my house being somewhat old, I received one through united septic protection, last year I had some repair on my septic, nothing horrible but one of the pipes collapsed and I had it repaired, I submitted a claim and this company has ignored the claim. there has been soo many emails back and fourth, they told me that I would received over $600 months went by, another call was sent and then they sent me an email letting me know that I would get $450. the one time I received any email letting me know that a check is going in the mail. but that was a lie, still going back and fourth, still nothing.I am paying $189 a month for years, I feel like this is a scam if I had my way, I would want all of the money I gave them I they want proof that I have paid I will show them

  Company is taking payments that are unauthorized. I agreed to pay $169. A year for protection and now they have taken payments from my account on 4/30/23, 9/12/23, 1/8/24, and 3/8/24.Total amount taken from my account totalled $696. When you call them, you get no response. I feel like I am being scammed and I want my money back.
