  In July, 2022, I found Two Fish Inc. online and **** the owner, came to my house to give me an estimate to install a pond liner in our pond. He seemed honest and legitimate and provided an estimate with his company letterhead for the job including parts (primarily the liner) and labor. He asked for payment for the liner up front since he had to order it. I gave him a check for $8,450 on July 19 and it cleared my bank on July 20. He told me the liner should come in in 3 weeks and he should be able to install within 3 weeks after that. A month passed and there was no liner. At first Tim was good at responding by phone or TM, but as month after month passed with no liner, he stopped returning calls or TMs. He said the manufacturer was delayed when I was able to catch him. The last time he responded was in March after I threatened bad reviews and a lawsuit. I asked for proof of purchase of the liner and any correspondence he had with the manufacturer as proof of his goodwill. He said he would provide those items but he never did, and never gave any explanation. Just silence, and we are out $8,450 with no pond liner almost a year later.

  I Purchased a two year supply - 24 - Biological pond treatments and a pond pump for a total of $2,236
  the pond pump was installed and works fine.....this total amount was payed up front at the request of
  MR. ****** as he stated he did not have the funds needed to order the products ,
  Mr. ****** soon after installing the pump began giving me small amounts of treatments stating he had supply issues....after he had supplied 12 of the treatments (1 per month ) he stopped answering my phone calls for the remainder of the of the treatments...I've called at least 6 times in the last two weeks (as his answering service will confirm) The cost of the 24 treatments + tax was $1,113.00. I would like to receive the last 12 packets or their value $556.50. I am a Vietnam Vet - this is no small amt of money for me - I feel taken advantage of Thanks for your help, - ******* ********

  I am very sorry, we have been waiting on product for way to long and have switched vendors I’ll have your substitution at your house Tuesday sir. I’m sorry you’ve had to go to this length to get this resolved.
