      Case Foundation Systems performed foundation work for our home over 10 years ago. At the time the work was performed, we were given an "Unconditional Lifetime Service Warranty" stating "the work comes with a guaranteed lifetime service warranty...." signed by Joe Shoftner. We were told periodic adjustments may need to be performed to the piers due to shifts, etc. There have been a couple of adjustments made in the past 10 years. However, my current repeated attempts to reach out (by phone call and email) to Case are now being completely ignored which leads me to believe the integrity/mission within this company has now changed. Buyer beware.

      Case came out and did an evaluation and gave us a quote for water mitigation. They came and did the job... But there's still water. They said their original assessment was basically no good. Sent the assessor back. Then quoted us 800 to finish the job. We accepted the bid... Figured it's only fair to pay them something... Since then we've gotten the run around... They will email a link to schedule and they never e mail and you call and call but... No... They have no interest in coming out to do the job. No interest in honoring the warranty... They took the money... Got in... Made it look nice quick and got out... Can't get to working with them since... Photos of "finished product" on Google review

      Unbelievable Job! From the first phone call to set an appointment, to Todd providing his expert advice, to the crew completing the job, the customer service was spot on. I couldn’t be happier with the work performed in my basement. Not a drop of water since! I highly recommend.

      For the first year their work was exceptional, not one drop of water in my garage. From that time on the problem has gotten back to what it was before I called them and has even gotten worse. I have called them several times and sent them numerous pictures and videos of the water and also water in the back of the garage that I never had before they did their work. They did come out after the first leak and re-patched one spot for what I thought was just an accidental leak it was a very small amount of water, but it has steadily gotten worse since then. I have contacted the company that makes the drainage product that case foundation uses and got no response from them. I used case foundation and waterproofing because of the excellent job they did with my mother's basement. To this day, several years later, there has still not been one drop of water in her basement. I'm sure there are other companies that could give a cheaper price but you get what you pay for, my mother's basement was worth every dime, for one year mine was worth every dime, the following two years have been a nightmare trying to get anything done.
      Be very careful if you are contemplating using this company..
