- Refund and Exchange Policy
Free Revisions: Each project includes up to two free revisions. These revisions must be requested within 14 days of the initial delivery.
Additional Revisions: Any additional revisions beyond the included two will be subject to an additional fee, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to commencement.
Digital Orders
No Refunds or Exchanges: Due to the nature of digital products and services, 502VILLE typically does not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been completed and delivered.Case-by-Case Basis: We understand that unique circumstances may arise. Project Cancellation: If a project is canceled by the client before completion, 502VILLE reserves the right to retain a portion of the payment to cover work already completed and resources allocated.
Non-Delivery: In the rare event that a project is not delivered as agreed upon, 502VILLE will work with the client to resolve the issue, which may include a full or partial refund, or redoing the project.
