      Was sold a product based on what the salesperson promised I would receive. After over a week they still could not get my account setup correctly. Salesperson told me to continue to wait. I Ended up telling him to cancel my monthly subscription and refund my money as they were not able to setup what they promised for my business. salesperson stopped responding. I called the customer support line many times with no answer. Also sent in support tickets on their website with no response. It has no been a month and still no refund of my first month, and more importantly they just billed my credit card again for a service I had cancelled. This company is a scam and will not cancel my account. Every time I call in I get told the only people that can help me are in a meeting and will call back. NEVER get a return call

This is not the service we strive for with our customers. DCS has taken the action of cancelling your contract. It is now closed. We hope this ends this matter for you.

      I am rejecting this response because: I will accept this response when I get a letter from DCS explaining I am out of the contract with a zero balance, and there will be no further contact between DCS or their lawyer.

      We have had the absolute worst experience with dealer car search.
      For starters, their products promised are NOT being delivered to us. They have promised SEO, ******** *********, etc.
      When searching, our business is nowhere to be found. They do not access our ******** *********. Our website is STILL incomplete. SEO is not being performed by this company. We have reached out multiple times to the general line, only to be on hold for 60+ minutes without speaking to a human being. We have left messages. We have tried calling our representative with no return calls. We have requested assistance in completing this set up to no avail. The customer service has been nothing short of despicable. They are charging us $750/month and we are completely disappointed in this service. Lots of promises were made as to what they deliver and we have had absolutely nothing in return for such a high price point. I have called to cancel this service because I was so unhappy and they told me I would have to pay the remaining of the 12 month contract to cancel it. I then asked if we could downgrade our service and they said they would, but we would have to sign for 24 more months and the remaining balance from the 12 months would still be added to the balance each month.
      I sincerely just want this contract to end. We are a brand new dealership and were promised success in this business by subscribing to their services. We have had no successful leads, no sales, and no promises have been delivered. I want to put that money towards a company that will actually deliver and provide the services I am paying for. I just want this contract to end.
