    I went to to this business on 8/22 and met with *** ***** who is also the owner of the practice. The doctor did not close the door when meeting with me and asking personal health information. Therefore, patient and doctor privacy was violated under ****** *** ***** continued the visit the whole time with the door open after I asked him to close it. He recommended I try a product that he has in his office which was a combination of s*********** *** ***** The product he provided was in a glass bottle that I was supposed to administer to myself on a weekly basis. However, upon going to administer myself this medication I discovered the bottle was cracked. WhenI went to touch the bottle it cut my wrist pretty badly. I attempted to call the doctors office for 2 days, several times a day, following this incident with no answer from the doctors office. After I could not get a hold of them by phone, I went to the office in person. I told the nurse there about the situation and she then went to talk to *** *****. She then came back and said that *** ***** would not refund my money for the shattered bottle or give me a new one that was not shattered. I asked to speak to him about it instead but he refused. I feel this doctor is a fraud and putting hundreds of patients at risk by not protecting their privacy. I at least want my money refunded for the visit which was $79.95 and I want my money refunded for the shattered bottle with was $175 for a total of $254.95.
