    This is in regards to an issue with an **** *** ****** plan that we did with ******** ******** ***, and what used another company that went out of business, and Solutions2Go took over: *** ******* ***************************** **********************. We have done the necessary requirements to send the unit back to you guys and was received on April 23, 2025 on your end. Now we were supposed to receive a check or the money back into our account of $200 USD, and the company never got back with us, nor never gave us any response as to when the money would arrive. They gave us a timeframe of 1-2 weeks, now we are at the end of May. I do have some correspondence with I believe to be Solutions2go from an email here:

    We have been in communication with ********* *** as well, and have three supervisors on our case. ***** ***** *** ****** ******* has not responded on this behalf. We have included email screenshots as well as proof of the order being sent and received on Solutions2Go's end, and are just asking for this to be done and over with. It has been since June of last year since we had a problem with this system, and did all that was required and expecting to get our money we paid in, to come back for returning the device.

    us. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention and are sorry to
    hear that your experience has left you dissatisfied. We aim to
    provide exceptional value and fast, friendly service, and are here to help
    address your concerns however we can.

    The
    customer purchased a unit from ******* through the **** *** ****** Program in
    2024 and advised she had spent months trying to return it. As a 3rd party
    warehouse responsible for the logistics portion of this program, our company
    was requested to process the return in April 2025, which was successfully
    completed.

    However,
    because the financial transaction is done with a Line of Credit in this
    program, the monetary credit to the customer must be given through the bank -
    ******** ***. S2G promptly alerted the customer of this and then alerted ******** ***
    of the completed return and their requirement to issue the refund. Subsequently
    S2G was advised by ******** *** that the refund check was issued and sent to
    the customer on 6/5/2025.

    As the 3rd party warehouse
    responsible only for the logistics in this scenario, Solutions 2 GO was not the
    party to provide the refund, but when we heard there was an issue, we went
    above and beyond to help make sure that the customer had the information needed for this issue. We encourage you to reach out to us directly at ************ if there
