      The products I ordered were fine. However, upon receiving them, I was able to see the brand and realized it was a product I could order for significantly less through another retailer. I’m not sure why this company does not disclose the brands of the products they sell. Looking at the website, it appears that the products are their own brand. When I reached out to customer service, instead of being professional, they put the responsibility on me and that I should have asked before (not sure how I would do that given I didn’t realize it was a question I should even be asking). They have a very rigid return policy - customer pays for return shipping and if the refund causes the item to go below the “free shipping” threshold, that may be deducted from the return. I asked if they would be willing to price match - Wayne, customer service agent I was communicating with said no. Went on to tell me that big box retailers sell them at a loss and he wasn’t sure why they would do that. Continued to be defensive and even sent me a link to the manufacturer’s website to show their pricing. Instead of being professional, courteous and helpful, he chose to be condescending and defensive. I will never give this company another cent of my money. And oddly enough, ,I’m unable to access their reviews or leave one of my one on Google. It was accessible yesterday and now I receive an error message (I did mention that I would leave an honest review of my experience). They should be more transparent on the website about the brands they are selling (why would that be the customer’s responsibility?!), reevaluate their return policy and learn how to handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
