      I cannot understand why company representative Ron D***** would be enthusiastic about working to replace cabinets in my home. He made a visit to give me an estimate. After that nothing. He did not return phone calls. Wanted to discuss starting the job. Called main number. Someone did return a call. I was given a run around answer. The only thing I can up with is the job needed done was not big enough for them to bother. Terrible customer service.

      If I could give this company and its sales staff a zero star I would. It is a shame, as my family has used this company for years but the fact remains that the sales staff is not knowledgeable, the management is not responsive nor helpful. I really wish we had went with Pella to be honest. We spent over 30k for a new build and not only did the sales staff order the entirely wrong window style that we picked, but the version they picked made it unpaintable. This altered the entire appearance that we wanted for a modern farmhouse. Then the very expensive slider door they sold us on was installed broken, still waiting on that to be fixed. Lastly, we ordered 8 foot double doors for the front entrance and a matching single door for the rear of the house. The bore holes were bored at 33 inches, making it impossible to use a decent handleset. I called for two weeks to try and talk to someone about the issue, with zero response. I finally had to physically go to their showroom. Their resolution of the door issue was none, we were just told that’s the way it is, deal with it. Standard bore holes are 36 inches. This company and its employees are trash in my book. Save yourself the trouble and don’t do business with them.
