    On October 11, 2022 I ordered a Mrs. Claus wig from the above company. I was promised that the Mrs. Claus wig would ship the first week of December, they had one slot open.
    On December 12, 2022 I reached out to the company to ask where the wig was and was sent an email to pick the style I wanted " I wanted to check in about the style for your Mrs. Claus wig, which we are currently working on. Feel free to send me pictures of hairstyles that you like, or take a look at our **** ******* ***** page to get some inspiration." The second email stated they would they would finish the product this week, Wednesday. I ask to have my card refunded.

    The customer ordered a custom made wig in October and was given an estimated completion date of the first week of December. We were delayed in finishing the build on the original timeline but were finishing our work in order to ship the wig on December 14. The customer expressed a desire to cancel the order and be refunded for the order. He was offered a discount and complimentary shipping in acknowledgement of the delay but chose to cancel the order and receive a refund. The refund has been processed.

    I regret that the customer was inconvenienced and had a negative experience, especially as he has worked with us previously. I would like to note that this complaint was filed as I was in the process of responding to his emails about the status of his order and attempting to arrive at a solution.
