    On July 17, 2024 Window Genie of Louisville came to clean our gutters. subsequently finished the work and got paid .that weekend and the following Monday We had a lot of rain and got a lot of leaking into our library. I had to call a roofer on Monday, July 22 he had to climb onto the roof and discovered that there was a lot of debris left on our gutters, which he had to clean out, I called Window Genie on Tuesday, July 23 and told them that they had not completed the job and asked them for a refund and also asked to speak to the owner. They stated that the owner was not there. They also told me That they have a done right Policy where they can come and redo the gutters . I declined and told them that the gutters had already been cleaned by the roofer since we were having the leak and I would like my money back. They told me that the owner would call me back. I subsequently emailed them with the pictures that the roofer took I have yet to receive a phone call or a refund from them. I would like to stay that had we not had the rains I would’ve never known that they left a lot of the behind and did not complete this job. This is fraud on their behalf because no one climbs under the roof after they left to see if they completed the job!

    Customer stated she emailed pictures. We informed her we never got them and to resend them. She refused.   Customer will not allow us to come back on property. We can no longer help her. Dispute repslved on our end. No refund issued due to lack of pictures / cannot go oj properly.

    I am rejecting this response because: The response is an absolute lie. The Business never responded to me. I called and emailed them With pictures initially. I can provide you a copy of my email which I will send to you with the attachments and I asked to speak with the owner who never called me. I told the business that I had already had my roof cleaned due to the thunderstorms that we were having, and that is how I discovered that the roof And Gutters had not been cleaned so it was a moot point for them to come back to my property. please have the Business provide copy of their email requesting pictures.
