    Horrible service, horrible management, and quite frankly I think this is just a fishing expedition to try to get more money. It is absolutely a shame that healthcare companies are working with such a scam of a company just so they can get more money in their pockets

    ugh was in black and white, Excellus is always in color. Next I have no outstanding bills of any procedure that I have ever had and never have been contacted by Excellus. I checked Equian on the web and saw they had an A+ BBB Rating and Accreditation. When I checked the BBB website it said the business was not accredited. I will be contacting me Excellus tomorrow to provide them any information they may need if any.

    They sent me a letter on 5/30/23 asking about a service I allegedly received one year ago on 6/3/22. They did not identify the service. I went online to try to answer and filled in the part where I said I have no idea what service I received a year ago. I suggested that they tell me what service they are contacting me about so that I can answer the question. The next question required me state what date my unknown condition started. I could not submit, because that was a "required" answer. So now I have to take my time from a very busy work schedule to talk to these people. Based on the reviews below, I expect to be on the phone all day.

    Been trying to reach them most of the day since they called me. I got a letter a few weeks ago asking why I was seen by my Orthopedic Dr on 2/27/23 and if it was accident related. If you guys are truly working with my insurance, you'd know I've been being treated for Osteoarthritis and that day was my 4th out of 5 Supartz knee injections. That is nothing related. You seriously need to call back. It doesn't even keep me on hold for even a minute then asks to leave a message. Plus my claims have been paid for some time. Osteoarthritis is naturally occurring.

    They sent me a letter. I tried to answer it online. It said my information off the letter they sent me was wrong. So I called. Said open 8 to 8 Rang for over a minute.

    I have made many attempts to contact equian regarding a letter I received pertaining to a workman’s comp case. I enter my event number, it rings once and I am disconnected. This has been happening recurrently since July. I am so frustrated.

    I just received a letter as well. It claims to be the second request but I certainly don't remember getting a first. I tried calling the number, I got the automated service and I entered the event number from the letter, and then I was put on hold...and then was disconnected. I'm glad I checked this site before calling back again. I'm going to check with my insurance company tomorrow about it.

We are fully compliant with HIPAA and are not in search of your private information. We are a legitimate enterprise engaged by health insurance companies to help them determine the proper payer for health insurance claims.

    They keep harrasing me with requests addressed to my deceased mother asking for private HIPPA protected information I know nothing about with no way to bypass their insensitive and intrusive questions. They should be ashamed of themselves. Evil company.
