    There ******** page said if you make a purchase on Saturday you can spin the wheel. I made a purchase Saturday she said I’m to busy to let you spin the wheel and that was just for Friday. That isn’t what ******** said it said Friday and Saturday.

    Hello my name is ******* with Big City Market & Coffee Bar in Madisonville Kentucky! I am the manager and we are under new ownership! 

    First off I would like to sincerely apologize to you about not being able to spin the wheel. 

    We were very short staffed that day and had no extra help and with people flooding through the doors we had no time to stop and spin the wheel at that point. It was just too hectic.. So I did make the call to put it up and that we weren’t going to continue it that day. Again I am very sorry. Working short staffed when there is a line out the door is pretty rough at times! 

    I will continue to provide the best customer service that we can to our customers and make sure posts are up to date! 

    For not being able to spin you will have a free coffee waiting for you whenever you are ready for it if you choose to support us again! 

    Again we are so very sorry and thankful for your support. We hope that you will support us in the future!
