    Absolutely the worse customer service. I ordered from these thieves on January 31st, 2024. Here it is September 5th, 2024. Still nothing. I've chatted with them many times and was told my order would be out this week. Same old story every time. Requested a refund several times through PayPal and they keep canceling it. After a few months of investigation, I've learned of several other that have been waiting forever and also getting tired of being lied to. I have been In contact with several of these people and we have all agreed on a solution. Just a warning to anyone who is thinking about dealing with hillbilly towels and sublimation, stay far away and I mean far away. Thieves, Liar's and Crooks
