    They did a good job on the install of the garage doors, HOWEVER, they were very unorganized and unprofessional. They don't communicate very well, with customers or amongst employees. We ordered 2 commercial garage doors in the color green and was told it would take 3-4 weeks at maximum. After waiting the maximum time, I called to check on the doors and was told "sometimes some orders just take longer". I proceeded to call weekly to check on them. After waiting 2 months, I finally received a phone call that their supplier didn't have the color green and that they didn't know when they would get it in. I was told I could choose another color but the only one's they had in stock were white and they were insulated so it would be an extra $800 OR I could wait another 3-4 weeks for a color I didn't want. I asked for a refund and was told I would get it and was going to pick up my deposit the next day. The next day I receive a phone call that "now the higher ups were involved and they want to make sure they can't get the color green in a timely manner first and they can't give me my money back because of a contract"-- that didn't have a specified time on there. Out of nowhere, they have the color green and then had my doors installed within 2 weeks. Customers should not have to pay for the issues this company has with their supplier.
