    i purchased a zero turn mower from them in may and noticed the gas gauge was not working on 6/28/22 i called the store to get the part replaced the first call i was told they were connecting me with the parts department and after 15 minutes i hung up thinking they had forgotten me i called for the second time and asked to speak to a manager and again was put on a 15 minute hold i called again and the phone was answered by an individual named Scott i proceeded to try to tell him my problem only to have him cut me off by screaming into the phone with a very disrespectful tone and telling me that they were very busy and only had two people in the front and 3 in the back i again tried to tell him what i needed only to have him scream at me again telling me to shut up that he was trying to help me i then asked for the owners phone number and was informed that he was on vacation and that was not going to happen i informed Scott that i would get the owners number on my own at which point he screamed then do it into the phone and slammed the phone down into my ear so basically if you are buying something from them they are super nice and helpful but if you have a problem with that item you are treated like trash in hopes that you wontcall back
