This is about Marcos in Madisonville Ky. Date June 20th. Order 161. While making a payment systems went down. When they came up it still said that I still owed 49.22. I paid with a different card when it said the first card was declined. However, the payment went through. That is why the first card was declined when I tried to use it because the bank had already taken money out for that transaction. I was told the charge to the first card would drop off. So, when approaching the manager of the store two days later he said that he would have to go through corporate to fix it and return money to the first card. Evidence of the problem was shown to the district manager he was rude and condescending. Today I was hit with a second charge of 49.22 on the second card. So rather than get a run around I need to get this resolved and the two charges (49.22 for each card) reversed. This is ** the way it was handled at the store level. The order number on the receipt was 161 dated June 20. The cashier who witnessed the transaction was ******

    As dictated to BBB Staff....

Customer did get charged double.  Customer came to the business regarding the extra charge, but GM was unloading truck and he told them he had to get with tech support to have the extra charge deleted.  Tech support found the floating transaction and they were credited back on 06/21/24.  He and the District Manager have been trying to reach the customer to let them know the charge was refunded.  They are only crediting the one charge as the customer did get their pizza.
