    She sold me a pomeranian infested with giardia. She knew and she didn't take care of the pomeranian. She sent him via ground transportation from KY to NY knowing he could have died in the trip. The dog was very sick when he got to me Sunday August 25 and from Monday August 26 until Saturday August 31 he was hospitalized. It costed me approximately $7500 to make sure the dog wouldn't die and I want a full refund of purchase price plus expenses.Giardia takes 5-12 days to show symptoms and the dog was already symptomatic when he arrived to me. The last picture she sent me on August 21 before he departed from KY to NY show a dog very skinny and looked sick compared to prior pictures.

    The puppy was healthy when he left my care on 8/22/24 via the ground transporter. Puppy received two sets of vaccines, was vet checked on 7/17/24 when he received his first puppy shot then again on 8/21/24 when he received his second puppy shot, a rabies vaccine, a microchip and a health certificate provided by my vet. Puppy had absolutely no symptoms of giardia while in my care. Her and I are working things out through the gooddog app where he was sold through or so I thought,I have also spoken to them and I am willing to go ahead and issue her a refund for the $2800 if that is what she wants,but if issuing a refund will end all of this?

    I saw the email from breeder and if she refunds back the purchase price of $2800 then I would be satisfied and I can close the complaint with BBB as well as good dog and nothing more will be due. Please let me know.
