    In a word, disappointed. I had a few issues with this dentist's office and instead of reaching out to me and trying to figure out how to solve the problem, they chose to ignore me. I had to call my insurance to find out answers about cost and do all the legwork. I came in for a tooth ache for a tooth that had a cap on it. They said the tooth was cracked and they had to fill it and put a new cap on it. They had issues and had to remove the entire tooth saying it was too small to do anything else with. I was left with the choice of having an implant or a bridge put in. Both are expensive. I asked how much it would cost me after insurance and they gave me a price. When I came in for my appointment they told me their computer messed up and the actual price was 3x what they quoted me. Even with the cost, I had to do something. I went ahead with the implant. They drilled a hole into my jaw and put the post in (basically screwed in a piece of metal like a "screw" that holds a fake tooth (a cap). It didn't heal correctly, so they took it out and said it wouldn't work. I an left with the choice of paying a good portion out of pocket for a bridge (because my insurance already paid out most of my benefits for the year) or having no tooth. After much back and forth, calling them and presenting them with all that I've gone through and basically begging them to help me with the cost, they came back with a small amount they would discount for me. Now I don't trust them and don't want them to do any more work on me. I find it all very sad. They lost a great patient.
