Very pleasant to speak and work with! Great customer service! I'm a Genealogy Manager so great customer serviceis my policy! And Juana is great. Juana was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the info and she answered all of my questions. She has a sunny disposition even on the phone. She also made sure I understood everything and if I had any questions to call her anytime. If I had to recommend an agent to any of my peers it would definitely be Juana that I would recommend.
