      I purchased a cabin Structure to be my primary residence. On delivery back half ended in creek front section ended up in a power line damaging the tin. We didn’t ask for anything but repairs of the tin. The tin had holes from electrical fire. The came once to replace just the pieces with holes. The tin was not the same color. We continue to contact the seller. They came back and replace the tin on the front the tin is one color on porch and back and another color on the front we were told they would not be back to do anything it was what it was deal with it. We were extremely disappointed because we could have said you ran it in the creek you caught it on fire take it back but we didn’t and we realize they didn’t appreciate our good deed at all. All we ask for is the same color tin on our cabin we call home

      Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.
      We understand the customer’s frustration and appreciate that this cabin is their primary residence. We regret that the delivery process did not meet their expectations.
      At the time of delivery, the site access provided was not adequate for a smooth installation. As a result, during the placement of the structure, our team did come into contact with a low-hanging power line, which caused minor damage to the roof metal due to electrical arcing. It's important to note that the responsibility to ensure the power line was raised or relocated for safe delivery was discussed beforehand, but unfortunately, that step was not completed by the customer.
      Despite this, our team took full initiative to resolve the situation. We promptly ordered and installed replacement panels to repair the damaged area. However, due to a manufacturing issue outside of our control, the metal provided by our supplier was not a perfect color match. Once this was discovered, we reordered enough panels to replace the entire affected side of the roof in an effort to create a consistent appearance.
      The customer has since expressed that the roof colors still appear mismatched. However, based on the most recent photos sent by the customer, we were unable to confirm any visible color discrepancy. We have made multiple trips to the location and gone above and beyond our typical warranty or repair process to resolve this issue in good faith.
      We genuinely value our customers and always strive to do the right thing. While we understand that the customer remains dissatisfied, we believe we have exhausted all reasonable options in this case. We consider this matter resolved and will not be taking further action.
