    Our experience with J & G Construction and Gerald was a complete disappointment. After our 15-year-old driveway required replacement in March 2023, we hired J & G Construction based on Gerald's convincing sales pitch. Initially impressed, we moved forward with the project.
    However, the final outcome was less than satisfying. The finishing crew's mistakes left the center area of driveway with uneven concrete and divots, particularly glaring in front of our main entrance. Gerald acknowledged the issue and promised to fix it, but his attempted quick fix only worsened the situation. He assured us he would return to either resurface the driveway or replace the problematic section.
    Gerald's communication initially gave us hope, but over nearly six months, he repeatedly failed to follow through. Eventually, he stopped responding altogether, leaving us in a difficult situation. Our respectful treatment of Gerald and his team was met with unprofessionalism and disregard. Gerald's inability to keep promises and communicate effectively is disappointing and unacceptable.
    Given our experience, we strongly advise against hiring J & G Construction or Gerald. His lack of integrity and inability to deliver on promises are clear red flags. Spare yourself the frustration and disappointment—look elsewhere for your construction needs.
