    May 8th 2025 hail storm damage to vehicle case*********** policy****************. lt has been over 4 weeks funds were sent to ******* ********* ****** on May 23rd 2025 for $10,026.69 for repair and deposited by the collision center now as of June 9th 2025 State Farm decided to declare the vehicle a total loss and wants to settle for $6,900.41 much less than was paid to collision center to do the repairs.My agent has been at times rude and disrespectful. l was told l was welcome to find another agent or switch to *********** *********.l get the run around from this office and corporate when asking for updates or any info on my case the length of time to resolve my case has been too long to be acceptable. l had to act as my own agent they did not have the personnel to send someone to estimate the damage was asked to take pics myself and take the vehicle to another county to a State Farm preferred shop for estimate .Customer service is useless there is no follow up or return calls l am always told give us a few days and we will call you back as of now my claim has been sent to the complex claims team and it is another expected 3 day wait always with the delay tatctics and diversion to somewhere or someone else.

    *** ******** has removed all social media complaints in regards to his issue with his claim. He was more than happy and did not understand the entire process. Once we got together and he realized that we were taking care of his issues he made the statement he would remove all of his complaints. He told me about the complaint to BBB and he could not change that. I am thankful that we received the mail for this. Have a great day.
