    I don’t recommend this place at all.Dana H******* sold me a Hot tub and stated it was new. Charged me 18,000 dollars. I had to call several times to get her to deliver it. She claimed I was harassing her. When she finally delivered it, she didn’t bring to turn it on and off and called to say the motor was making a noise but it would be okay until she could come back to fix. She also didn’t bring me the cover and 3 sides fell off when she delivered it and broke a leg even though her mother stated she took classes to learn how to move it. I asked for my money back, but yet was told several times they was coming to get it , but have never showed up. Dana H******* lied and stole my money. She should not be allowed to run a business. The only mistake I made, was not looking at the reviews because it seems there is a lot of people that have had a bad experience and have had to sue her. DO NOT BUY FROM BLUE LAGOON AND SPAS IN MOREHEAD BY DANA H*******!!! You will get screwed!!!
