After dealing with this hunting land lease finding service for more than a year without a membership, and getting no results, i was led to believe that if i purchased a premium membership i would get better results. It became clear after just less than 2 weeks of dealing with *** *******, the premium membership earned me no better results. I paid $349 for an annual membership. Every single property that i have inquired about has led to nowhere. He sometimes never even replies to my inquiries, but when he does he always has an excuse why i can’t receive any more information. Either the land was improperly listed on his website, and was never even available in the first place, or he’s working on getting me a permission slip to visit the property, which he never comes through with. Most recently, i inquired about 3 separate properties in Knox County, OH. He asked if i would be interested in visiting them. I replied yes, and that i would be in Ohio the first week of February. That week came, and he had never even gotten back to me, even though i asked him several times. When i explained to him that i didn’t feel i was getting what i paid for, he refused to reimburse my membership fee. I then asked him to give me my $50 rebate, which he advertises to anyone that is in good standing with another lease finding service, which i am. It’s advertised directly on his website. He hasn’t made good on that promise either. I would like my $349 refunded to me. If it’s not, and I’m forced to retain my year-long membership, i feel he will not be helpful to me in anyway since he knows i have filed a complaint with him on ******, which is the service i used to pay him.
