    I pay a 25 dollar a month membership and have been told I can no longer come through the wash due to my tires being too wide. 5/15/24 I was told by the manager ****** that I would receive a refund for my monthly membership and he was going to cancel my account. When I asked if he could upgrade me to the touch-less wash for the same price he got upset with me and told me it was my problem to figure out and hung up the phone. I tried calling back a couple times, but no answer. Today (5/20/24) I spoke with ****** again and asked why I hadn't received my refund, he said, "well since you were rude i don't care about it" and then hung up the phone on me for the second time. I am only seeking my $25 April - May membership fee. This manager has been extremely rude and unprofessional towards me and I want this issue resolved.

    I will be attaching a brief description of the conversation that were had by my Managers and *** **********  once I got involved, I reached out to the only number for ****** to contact *** **********  I got the owner's voicemail and had to leave a message for *** ********* to contact me in regard to this situation.  Within about 15 minutes of the owner contacting me back   *** ********* called me and started by saying that he had sent me a message in Messenger about 2 hours ago and had contacted the BBB and didn't know if I had seen the message.  At that time, I told him that I had not seen the message as I don't watch Messenger.  Then I began to explain to him that I thought that the best thing for all of us would be for me to write him a check in the amount of $50.00 for the refund for his membership for April and May.  Please see the attachment for the continued explanation.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* although ****** ******* statement is a false representation of the events and conversations that occured, I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
