    We went to this new carwash mid July 2024 and was told that we could purchase 1 carwash and get a month free. We did not know that the company was auto enrolling us in a monthly subscription plan. We were charged on our bank account monthly from 7/2024 until 3/2025 and the company would only reimburse us for 3 months. We never signed any agreement stating that we were agreeing to enroll in this program our have money automatically deducted from our account. I want to keep others from experiencing this same frustration. They are stealing from people!

    On 3/2/23 I went to Finish Line for a car wash. There were 3 people standing at the gate that you pay at. The young lady came to my window and a young man stood beside her. She was very nice and asked how she could help me. I let her know I just needed a car wash. She asked which one? I asked what the difference was? She explained it very well and I picked. She gave me the price, I tried to hand her cash. She stated we are only set up for creditor debit cards. And then she said btw we have a special going on where you can get a months worth of car washes for the cost of one. I said, might as well. She took my card and ran it, at no time could I see the board- being locked by people. Then I was charged the next month and they have refused to refund me. Even after I explained what happened. I was charged even more! They told me there was a sign, so basically too bad. I was swindled by the workers who were most likely told to do it by the bosses to take advantage of people.
