    Absolute horrible customer service. My landlord called them to request service for my dishwasher due to a small leak underneath. They came & looked at it & made the leak worse than it was which I notified them of after he left. They Said I needed new gaskets. A month goes by. My landlord & myself both continue to follow up calling them every two weeks. Then they tell us they have to order gaskets. I gave them my serial number as requested in March, & he tells me they’ll order them. We both continue to follow up for 3 months & nothing. Their response is always “well I don’t know I’ll have to check”. I spoke with 2 different men (one being victor) & another woman different times each time I called & was told the same every time. Last week my landlord called them again while I was with her & they again said “well I don’t know if they’re here I’ll have to go check. Our repair man was in the hospital for a week and we’re playing catch up.” they never confirmed the gaskets were there. It’s been another week and victor just called me to “come look at it because I’m still having issues with it”, not to actually install new gaskets. So I politely explained that I was a little frustrated it’s been 3 months now & we still have no gaskets nor can anyone actually verify they ordered them. He starts yelling & cutting me off being extremely rude to me. I kept trying to explain to him why we were frustrated that it’s taken so long & no one can actually confirm the gaskets had arrived or were even ordered to begin with. He kept talking over me & telling me “well I’m not the only person who works here!” I said “I understand that but you’re ONE business & everyone keeps giving us the same run around answer instead of actually going to physically look for them & confirm they are there.”I said “sir I don’t appreciate how you’re handling this right now,” he said “that’s fine call someone else!” & hung up on me. His behavior is extremely pathetic & absolutely unprofessional of a business.
