    I ordered some tires for my vehicle using the website for a company named Pay Later Tires which then forwarded me to a company website for Simple Tire. I ordered some Tires and recieved them. The problem was the tires were supposed to be purchased on a payment plan but the total amount of $599.96 was debited from my account and I also recieved the wrong size. They do have 100% return policy. I returned the tires within 48 hours of receiving them. I placed the order June 23rd. They received the tires back in their possession I belive July 1st. I have still not recieved the refund that I was told was processed on July 14th. Now Simple Tire is telling me that they can't discuss the account with me because I am a Pay Later Tires customer although ALL correspondence has been with them for the last 2-3 weeks. They referred me to a finance company they said was in charge of my refund. I spoke to that company they informed me that have no dealings what's so ever with any tire companies. Simple Tire then told me to contact Pay Later Tires which has no phone number but only an email. So I emailed them and got a response that they were Pay Later Tires Malaysia and that they had nothing to do with my situation nor could they help. And that I needed to contact someone who handles carbon apps. I have no idea what that means or what do now. All i know is that I have $599.96 floating around somewhere and no one can tell me anything. So I don't have the Tires or the money. Please help me.
