      H Johnson moved my belongings on September 27, 2024. In the process, the movers hit a Victorian Newel Post Lamp statue on my staircase causing it to fall approximately 5' and shatter into many pieces. A replacement (if it could even be located is approx $3,000). The movers acknowledged their fault in causing the damage, it was noted on the final form as "broken statue." I obtained an estimate for repair of the statue and, as requested by H Johnson, submitted that estimate and the proof from the move that the movers admitted to breaking the statue on October 3, 2024 (attached). H Johnson said they would reimburse me for the cost of the repair, so I had the statue repaired. I have had numerous conversations with "Wayne Jr." and others at H Johnson about the claim (10/15/24, 10/16/24, 10/28/24, 10/30/24, 11/18/24, 1/7/25, 1/8/25, 1/9/25, 1/20/25, 1/25/25, 1/28/25, 1/30/25, 2/10/25, 2/19/25, 3/5/25, 3/18/25, 3/21/25, 4/4/25, 4/22/25, 4/29/25).
      At some point, I was told that their insurer denied the claim. Wayne Jr. told me that the company had cash flow problems. I explained to him that I was not willing to be their creditor - I needed to be reimbursed for damages they admitted to causing.
      Wayne Jr. admitted that they owe me $916.30. He told me on February 19, 2025 that he would send me $200 on February 21 and the remainder on March 7. I did not receive either promised payment. I left numerous messages and had conversations with Wayne Jr. in March and April. I spoke to Wayne Jr again on April 29, 2025, and he said he would process the payment if I sent him proof that I paid for the repair. I sent the requested documents on April 29, 2025 (attached).
      I have complained that H Johnson is using me as a involuntary creditor. I want them to pay me what they have agreed to pay me based on damages done by their employees.
      Please help me recoup $916.30 which H Johnson admits it owes me
