    I ordered countertops from ***** who went through Kentucky granite and countertops. There was an issue when they were delivered there was too much space in between the cabinets and the stove. So they asked me if I wanted to leave it like that or get my guy to move the cabinets over and then put in the countertops and it would look better. I agreed to do that. Never once did they say they would charge me double for the price, the guys acted like it was their fault the measure guy should have told me that it would not look right with a space in between. Half of the countertops were correct but said they could not leave that piece, so instead I have to pay for that piece twice when nothing was wrong with that side. And I have been without a kitchen for three months now. They refuse to even answer my calls I have to call ***** just to get any information on what’s going on. They will not give me a discount and if I decide I don’t want them they will still charge me 75%. It’s really bad customer service. It was poor communication on both sides but they could have worked with me a little bit. I left two voicemails with the manager and instead she has the receptionist call me back and tell me there’s nothing they can do. The whole process with ***** and them is very unorganized.

    Unfortunately I can’t help with this issue as ******** ****** and granite is not a ****’s installer please remove this complaint.
