    On 6/18/25 I called Even Nail Bar to inquire about pricing. I was told that the service my daughters wanted would be $50 plus an additional $8 for nail art, spa total of $58 for each girl. My daughters were charged $105 each for the service. I called immediately when they arrived home and was told to come in the morning with the receipt. I did that and was told they would give me a $50 refund, but they couldn’t do it until noon because they had to make a phone call. I came back at noon and was them told I would get nothing back. He said my girls had been shown the menu and prices. That was true for their pedicure, but not for the manicure. When I posted this on ********, several people commented that they had the same experience with this business. They are not honest.

    We have told her on the phone about our service price specifically dipping powder that it would be 50$ on real nails and 8$ more with extension( plain dipping powder regular shape with no design) but her daughters came in and asked for design on every fingers so we had charge them more for the design cost and the shape that they asked for.when she was in here trying to get the refund she asked for we had tried to explained and show the price that we have listed on our menu list and she still chose ti ignore our explanation and just wanted to get refund back on the service that we have already performed on her daughters. If she still wants her money back we will give her a full refund back but they have to come back and have us remove the design that we have already performed or we can give them back some refunds if we ca agree to a certain amount because this is nails service and we have already performed and used the the product and labor that can’t be refunded also .

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I am happy to accept a partial refund. I explained that when I went it. I arrived at 10 am on the day after the services. I was told I would get a $50 refund. I then asked for a receipt for the refund and was told they had to call a company that didn’t open until noon. I knew this was false information, but left saying I would be back at noon. I arrived at noon and someone new told me they would in no way give me $50 refund. If you look at my ******** post on both my private account and my neighborhood account, as well as Lex Moms, you will see that this business has done this to other people as well. It is not something new. I may just be the first one to take it this far.

    As the nail technician when we start on we give them then the price list menu.and the people in that situation are not show up just her mom. The kids know we are working on her nail not less than one and half hours. They all have extensions on special nail shape and all ten fingers nail with the design. Specially they are not kids they are grow up women they know everything. The nail technician who handles on her service wants them to come with her mom and resolve the problem for them. Because when we working her kids, the mom not in the salon. Noted Just bring the kids back to resolve  the problem ( No longer than Wednesday June 25 2025). As nails tech were not a scammer we charge for our labor and our professional services .

    We will reject this.For the nail process if that needs to be fixed we give just a week for that. That about two weeks already is about time for customers start do that again already.
