I hired a broker company by the name of ******* **** ********* to ship my car from Montana to Georgia for me. And ******* got hold of Olympic Transport to do the actual shipping. And my car was picked up on Jan 15th 2024 and in transit on Jan 18th 2024 The driver claims a tractor trailer going the opposite direction had a tarp that grabbed hold of the first Vehicle on his trailer truck and pulled 3 cars down and damaged my car. Anyways the driver then drove the cars to their main hub in Nicholasville, KY and left my car there the owner and the manager of the company is ****** ******** and the driver who wrecked my car is ***** ********. I called several times, ******* called and sent emails likewise my insurance adjuster but ****** and his crew never responded. I then reached out to the local police to report this matter and they dispatched an officer to the location but was lied to they were in communique with us, weeks after I made another complaint and another officer was sent mid of March and then on April 10th I made a third complaint and demanded from the local police there a police report of a stolen vehicle. Just then after that officer notified them of the stolen report they decided to deliver my car to Georgia which sits at Precision Auto Body collecting fees. Please let me know how to handle this issue as they’re not responding to my calls regarding the damages cause to my vehicle. I rented cars with enterprise and haven’t gotten paid for my invoices I sent to them I’ve had to buy another car I didn’t have to if they had delivered my car in one piece. But ********* **** **** is saying my car is a total loss and they have to pay for damages. My number is ************ please let me know how to go about this issue. They owe me for the loss of my vehicle which is $5000 plus the rental invoices total $3500

    Thanks
