    Claims fiberglass filters are MERV 7 when in reality they are between 2-3. Will tell customers they will install MERV 7 but if the tech doesn't have MERV 7 filters available the tech is required to use fiberglass filters instead and will be terminated if they don't. Don't provide holiday pay. Paid days off for severe weather or sick days. Require techs to organize their filters for each day without pay. Requires techs to organize and plan maintenance for company owned vehicles without compensation. Orders techs to take inventory of warehouse without pay. Techs are paid by salary or commission but the app they use( optimoroute) is very ineffective with route organization causing tech lost time. Little if not no communication with clients about service times causing techs loss of time in the field. Require techs to service in the rain with no provided PPE and risking severe damage to HVAC units as the blower door will be open drawing water into the unit. They don't give techs incentive for getting other techs hired on. Little to no explanation of commission pay. Little to no management causing break down in morale. Little to no communication from upper management but when there is it's usually negative. Techs are pushed for quantity over quality. Little to no veting of new hires. Don't provide tools.
