    On 7/21/22 I went to CCF car wash located at **** *** ****** ***** ********** **. 42303. Email address unknown. Phone no. ************. I inserted a $20 bill for a $10 car wash and did not get change. The printed receipt indicates there was an error and that I am due a $10 refund. There is seldom anyone working at the wash but they do have a box for comments. I left a comment explaining the situation. After several days with no response, I called multiple times and got no answer. I have gone back to the wash multiple times hoping an employee would be there but there never was. On 8/11/22, I left a second comment in the box. While doing so, I noticed other comment cards dated in July so obviously they don’t check the box often. After a few days, still no response and tried calling again many times, only getting a busy signal. As of today, I still get a busy signal. I have attached a copy of my receipt as well as the second note I left in the comment box. I am seeking only my $10 refund.
