      Bought a new garage door complete with tracks door shows up 10 weeks later they installed on old tracks and offered me 100.00 dollars that would not cover the tracks and labor to put them on so I turned down the 100.00 dollars and I’m asking for the track and the door be reinstalled looks like they are trying to take advantage of people to me

      Mr. **** placed an order for a new door and when it arrived we went to install it. When we arrived on site we realized the door had been sent with incorrect tracks. His door requires low headroom tracks so we completed the door using existing tracks so that his door would be in and operational. As this has happened before we offer a refund of $100.00 or we will come back and put in new track. He spoke with the office manager and stated he wanted the new track. We ordered it and when it arrived we contacted him to complete the job and he will not answer or return messages we have left him. 
      In his statement he states his desired settlement if "Finish the Job" but he will not allow us.
