      I added an addition to my home. lee Building products came to match brick and mortar of existing home addition. When brick was being laid, I told them it was wrong color. I told contractor also and the brick layer also. The salesman at Lee building products ordered wrong color mortar. Now I cannot get them to refund or fix it. I did call Jeremy Cannon the supervisor he came out and agreed it was wrong color. Told me he would talk to his boss, and I haven't heard a word. He tried to blame it on the contractor, but his sales guy is the one who ordered it. So, before I file a suit against them, I am trying to give them a chance to make it right.

      My builder ordered cinder blocks for a new build. I allowed Lee Building Products to charge $6000 on my credit card for any overages. I received the merchandise with total bill of 4,271.55. I was informed I would receive a credit for any materials not used once they were returned. Due to the weather, Lee Building has not been able to get to the excessive materials to be returned. In the mean time there is $1,728.45 worth of funds that are collecting interest and that I do not have access to. I have been told they will do not want to process two refunds, one for the return of the excess materials and one for the money owed to me. When I call last week, I was understanding and agreed, but now that there is no set date as to when they will pick up my materials so no set date as to when I will funds will be released, I am demanding my refund. I had to speak with 4 people today. I had to leave a message with ***** ******.

      Upon hearing the voicemail from the complainant on 7/29/22, I returned the call to learn of her desire to change to a partial credit payment before returning the remaining product for a final credit payment.  She was issued the partial payment on 7/29/22.
