      they stole my new tires and put used tires on my new suv on 10//4/2024 I took my 2023 nisson rouge sv with 18721 miles for a required oil change and tech told me my car was in perfect condition and needed no maintainence i signed thepaperwork 3 times but he kept all that paperwork the paperwork he gave me said i had decined a new set of tires for 783.37 and the paper he gave me showed my brake fluid was in the yellow on the picture on the top car and that my tires were in the red with 18721 miles on them on the picture of my car on the bottom . he didnt say my tires needed roplacing at all till i said why you put down i declined tires but you never asked me and you said my car was perfect and. i went to dealer manager with referance no showing paper with my car brake fluid in yellow . on 10/5/2024 i spoke to manager bob at tayota and he took my copy of paper with brake fluid in yellow and switched it and gave me and paper that now shows my front and rear brakes are all red which was not what i gave him they switched paperwork to cover stealing my new tires and gave me paperwork showing needed immediate attention and the paperwork i gave him didnt need immediate attention which he kept my copy of brake fluid in yellow . but my original reciept dont say brake need immiate attention or declined brake service which proves they switched my papwerwork when he made a copy to cover stealing my tires to show my brakes were why my tires were bald to cover them stealing my tires but they forgot the original paper dont show my brakes as bad at all .the paper would automatically show my brakes were bad and have if i declined them but it dont because they trying to lie to cover they thief of my new tires . my paperwork with price and recomemdations shows no brake recomedations in yellow or red because they manaufactured these problems to cover they thief
