They gave me an eye exam that unbeknownst to me yielded a false vision prescription which was used to purchase 2 sets of incorrect lenses, 1 pair of frames (impulse buy during unnecessary trip located 43 mins & 34 miles away), & 2 boxes containing a 6 month supply of “monthly” contacts and 10 pairs from TTDEYE all in strengths I cannot see correctly with. After 25 actual days of dealing with them, another eye exam, NOT BEING ABLE TO SEE CORRECTLY, and numerous costly trips putting miles on my brand new 2025 extremely expensive vehicle, they were finally going to get the supposedly correct lenses ordered on day 25 AFTER I attempted to get *******” to order them Saturday. Instead Pearle sent me home with 1 pair of trial contacts, the 1 OLD pair of glasses I have with incorrect lenses, and made me wait numerous additional days. And ****** is a difficult, holier-than-thou, smart-attitude-having, snide-remark-making *contravener* to my vision, she plays games, at times deliberately being difficult resulting in the direct delay of my vision care and furthermore I have 4k video, paper, and text documentation of every second. Not to forget the doctor that went to college that cannot administer an exam correctly. Pearle had the audacity to ask me to write a review and post it to Google. They provided the direct link to do so after composing the review. So I did so after midnight and before 9am Google had notified me it had received over 3,000 views. Pearle Vision may ignore me but somebody somewhere is paying attention to what I say & I have proof of that too. I sent it to ****** at the same time I was being ignored by her all day about picking up the items I own/paid for & a possible refund, not even accounting for expenses occurred elsewhere due to a false prescription. It should also be made known timestamps of when she ordered what in accordance with the timestamps from my messages & requests made. I’m certain it won’t be in correspondence to proper business ethics.

Attached is ******* ******* exam encounter. He is 30 year old ******** ******* ******** *********** **** *** changes in his ******** ******* These changes WILL impact his prescription. *** ******** documented her finding's and prescribed appropriately. ******* received contact trials with his initial exam on 6-12-24 but did NOT call us until 7-16-24 to say his "eyes were blurry" and requested to be rechecked. After wearing the contact trials for a month, he opened his contact boxes (which can no longer be returned for credit) He was offered the next day appointment on 7-17-24 with *** ******** but insisted on seeing another doctor (which is not our normal policy) so we scheduled him with *** ****** on Sat 7-20-24. *** ******** exam and prescription is attached as well. The numbers show a shift (which CAN occur with diabetes) I personally told ******* to wear the new prescription over the weekend to be sure it seemed good BEFORE WE REORDERED product that is not returnable. We have reordered contacts for him at no charge and offered to remake the glasses. ******* refused and demanded to pick up the original glasses since "he paid for them" We have been very empathetic to his vision changes and have offered solutions.

If you need any further assistance, feel free to contact me.

    Thanks,

    ****** ********
