Sent to cater after receiving well sought after receipt for 6 days.
    Just so everything’s straight:
On March 28, you quoted me $22.00 per person x 50 people. Told me this amount did not include the 2 event workers’ tips, which you only left one to work it.
An hour before the event you tell me $24.00 per person without explanation or prior reasonable notice. No discussion of this issue occurred as I was in the middle of the event surrounded by people and you were rushing out the door to another event.
Told me to pay Debbie who had no receipt to give me.
You were late to our event which I did not comment on at all but you made a disrespectful comment blaming your female assistants in front of female guests.
There was nothing natural, homemade, or hand crafted about the aforementioned first 5 foods- processed freezer food.
There were only 2 types of cupcakes, as we requested, not 3. Many of them had to be thrown out because of cat hair in them. The icing was slapped on them; not decorated appropriately. Obviously not secured for transport as they were on their sides and upside down.
The peanut butter pie dessert was not made as I had discussed with Debbie in front of you on March 28 and had texted to you the week before the event.
You attempted no follow up with us since April 15 to inquire about your service delivery or satisfaction. We have respectfully requested several times to get a receipt, which we now have. The receipt is not accurate.
This was a very expensive event.
This was a special once in HIS Plifetime event and your part should have been excellent; it was not even close.
Unprofessionalism, dishonor, disrespect, dishonesty…. things I hoped I would not encounter with any of my service providers.
No recommendations of your services will ever be given.
I had no contracts with any other service providers. They honored their word; you did not. Our business is concluded.
This owner made no attempt to make contact before or after the event.
