This company took 12 days to come out and fix my freezer because it was not freezing my food. This is unacceptable in my eyes. Also I have stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. They only have one, yes one handicap spot per apartment complex. That’s not enough. I get very winded if I have I have to park farther away from my apartment.

It states in my lease that I pay one amount then I actually have to pay more. So that’s another issue. This company is the worst. We have very small patios and the wood holding them up for the upstairs tenets is splitting. It’s very dangerous no one comes out in the patios
