    On October 11th, 2023, I was considering purchasing a side by side and provided the salesman (****** **********) a $500.00 deposit. After several attempts to make the purchase, I was unsuccessful. I spoke with the salesman about my deposit being returned and provided my banking info for the return. The salesman said it could be 24 to 48 hours before it clears, and my deposit returned. Later that day, my banking website showed the return as "pending", until this morning 10/19. My banking website now shows NOTHING pending or deposited. NEVER did the salesman say the deposit was nonrefundable! I just want my money returned.

    We contacted ***** ****** and were able to successfully resolve the matter not long after the complaint/review was posted.  Here is the customer's updated response. "...After having some problems getting a purchase completed, and leaving an unfavorable review, the owner has contacted me to correct the issue. ***** ********, has committed to me that we can make things right and he seemed to be extremely sincere in working with me. That tells me, they are a very reputable company with a strong customer appreciation. Thanks *****!..."
