    Contacted one of the hairdressers that works there for another appointment. After trying to reach her by text a few times she finally got back with me. We communicated a few times during that day. I asked her for an appointment date and time. Finally after a day or so she got back with me with that info and price. I told her that with that price Id need another date as I was short by $20 of the quote. After a few days she reached back out to me to tell me she was off and would get back with me when she was not on personal time. It has still been 4 days and have once again requested a appointment date and time to still not have a return message.

    I spoke with the hairdresser that did the clients hair the first time. The letter stated she was $20 short so she needed to reschedule, the hairdresser said she was $40 short.  Her service total was $140. Her card was declined. ****** then rain the card for $100 and that left her a $40 balance. ****** just told her she would just not charge her the extra $40. On top of the that the client was over 45 minutes late to her appointment. After that service a few months later ****** requested another appointment due to scheduling issues ******* has not been able to get her appointment booked. The hairdresser has been dealing with a sick child and she expressed that in her message to her and told her she hoped she could find a new person to do her hair and hope she would be happy. To my understanding the client was rude to her . The hairdressers pay booth rent and they have the right to refuse service to difficult clients. ****** who was the hairdresser. She is one of the kindness people I know and goes out of her way to make her clients happy. Not sure what the lady is wanting her to do but she will not be doing this clients hair. The client is known for drug related issues that is publicized on all forms of social media. Therefore I am unsure if this is a drug related issue.
