    They did not stand by their work because they no longer work in Louisville. They had inexperienced plumber who didn’t know what he was doing. This caused leaks in ceiling from both tub and toilet. Called to address and they would not come and would not reimburse me. Very poor service. I spent over 10k and they don’t care. It has only been a few months beyond a year. The new plumber said the plumber set tub and toilet incorrectly.

    They left my yard destroyed after what should have been a relatively simple water line replacement. After many follow ups, the manager/owner/whoever was in charge ignored my calls, voicemails and emails. I have three contractors and a former equipment operator look at the damage they left behind and each one of them was amazed that that was what the staff at Ballard considered "finished work". Poor management, poor craftmanship, poor service. Do not recommend.
