    While the company is run by a very kind woman, Sheila, I've had problems with my pool that Lee's is either unable or ill-equipped to solve since they started managing it more than a year ago. I have an inground pool, but with a vinyl liner. It was losing water last summer ('22), and she promised to send someone out to check it, but never did. At the same time, something had gone terribly wrong with the chemicals, and the liner kept turning brown. She told me to try a few things... nothing helped... and it's as brown as it ever was today (a year later). Lee's had no idea what was causing it or how to fix it. She would take water samples from me, then forget to call and report her findings. It's been a frustrating road with her company. I like her but I do not like her behavior or her competence level. Finally she and her worker talked me into converting to a salt water system thinking it might help. So, I spent another small arm and a leg, to no avail. The chemicals in my pool are still caddywampus and---having talked with other pool companies (Leslie's Nashville, one in Calvert City, KY), I have thrown in the towel with Lee's.
